Thank you for your interest in joining LIFE at UCF. Registration for Fall has closed. If you are still interested, please complete this form to join our prospective membership list. There is no charge to put your name on our prospective membership list.  LIFE at UCF operates on an academic calendar and begins the year in September.  All prospective members will receive an email in the Spring for Membership information for the following fall.

Please note a form needs to be submitted for each member (couples should apply separately with a unique email address).

The Membership fee for the 2024-2025 year is $225 plus a one-time application fee of $25.
